COURSE OVERVIEW
In this module, we examine the sometimes tough process of getting employee “buy-in” on organizational initiatives, strategy or values. We share valuable insights on how to increase individual accountability and how to showcase the benefits of owning company initiatives. A group exercise illustrates the organizational lift or drag that occurs based on team support.
