COURSE OVERVIEW
Today’s relevant leaders must be able to adjust to a wider array of decision making, problem solving and relationship complexities than ever before. “One size fits all” simply does not apply anymore. This module explores how to develop situational awareness and begin to adjust according to circumstance, individual and other -sometimes unpredictable- factors. Learning an adaptive leadership approach will better build trust and inclusivity within a team and future-proof leadership.
