Roundtable Discussion: Dealing With Toxic Work Environments

We’re evaluating our course on the cost of incivility. Our course has been very well-received, but we’re looking to improve it, through the voice of the customer.

Our new version will include the newest research, case studies, and more practical tools.

Some of the topics we’ll discuss are:

• What have you done to turn around a toxic team?

• How have you built a business case to address incivility?

• What are the difficulties in dealing with a culture that is toxic from the top?

• How can we be better at having courageous conversations?

• Why we fail in correcting toxic cultures.

This wasn’t a sales pitch, but a coming together of minds that we know and trust with the goal of creating a better tool.

In attendance were people from various businesses across several industries. The insights we gained will be applied to current and future products. Stay tuned for more!
