Leadership Training

We were asked to share our Shaping Teams that Thrive workshop today at Ogden-Weber Tech’s Start Smart Program. In attendance were leaders across a variety of industries. A COO to one of the companies in attendance wrote, “That was one of the best Smart Starts I have been to!”

Ogden–Weber Technical College is a public technical college in Ogden, Utah. It is one of the largest of the eight technical colleges that comprise the Utah System of Technical Colleges. The college offers open-entry, open-exit, competency-based education targeted at technical skills and job placement.
